Proxmox setup

This will be a quick blogpost more a reminder for myself than anything else. It will be quite short but still (hopefully) useful.

Setup

1. Download Proxmox newest .iso and Virtual Machine Manager. Make sure to start it in “root mode” and not in a user session (that why gnome boxes wont work).
2. Create a new virtual Machine and allocate all resources.
3. Boot into Proxmox and choose the ethernet controller of your local computer and proceed with the install.
4. Add an ISO file under your desired storage.
5. Create a VM with your desired ISO and get it Running.
6. Find the IP of the virtual machine e.g. with ip addr.
7. Connect to the IP.
